The Centro Porta Nord was born from the transformation of a former silo dating back to the early decades of the twentieth century,once part of a production system that profoundly shaped the economic identity of San Donà di Piave.

Originally used for storing crops from across the Basso Piave area, the building remained a visual landmark in the urban landscape for many years, even after the gradual decline and abandonment of the surrounding industrial district.

The redevelopment project, designed by architect Luciano Parenti, has restored both function and value to this historic structure.

While preserving the original volume, the intervention redefined its aesthetics with new ventilated façades in glass and anodized aluminum, enhancing its verticality and reinforcing its personality.

The same level of care is found in the interiors, where premium materials—such as Carrara marble,

reinforced security doors, elegant elevator finishes, and a carefully designed lighting system—define high-quality spaces.
